The DSS team is effectively led by Carlos Cubillo-Barsi, a mathematics and computer science graduate of King's College London with over 15 years' experience in education, business systems, and data analysis. Carlos joined DSS in May 2018, and his passion for empowering the tech sector and shaping the future of digital talent has driven the organisation to immense growth and stability.
Theresa has worked in the education and skills sector for over 20 years at a senior level. She started her career as a science teacher in further education, and she later led and managed quality, curriculum development, and student services within the post 16 sector. She's now passionate about working for DSS. In her own words, DSS "can transform lives and businesses; these skills are essential at all levels and in a huge variety of jobs."
With over 10 years of experience in the education sector, serving as Head of School - ESOL for Newham College for over 5, Vidjea makes DSS Apprenticeships remarkable. She is an inspiring leader in charge of quality from start to finish across all the range of programmes DSS offers.
Matt has over 20 years of experience in management, sales, recruitment, B2B, and education. He has worked in senior positions for a wide range of training providers, including some of the most recognisable brands in the UK. He has a unique talent to identify diverse business needs and the wealth of knowledge to implement strategic commercial solutions, which has supported the growth of multiple enterprises, including DSS, where he now leads the commercial team and fully manages DSS Business.
Farhan supports recruitment and resourcing to manage vacancies within DSS Apprenticeships. He works closely with the commercial and marketing teams, as well as admissions and administration. He has a keen eye for talent and a natural ability to take candidates further.

Ola has been with DSS since January 2017. His role includes the development of new standards and delivery methods, implementing new systems, effective monitoring and mentoring of staff to become outstanding in their teaching, learning, and assessment practices, quality assurance and compliance with awarding bodies and end-point assessment organisations requirements.
Driven by the conviction that education plays an essential role in the social and economic inclusion of everyone, and with over 16 years of experience in education management and curriculum development, it is evident that Adedayo is determined to help young people thrive. At DSS, he passionately supports the trainers and oversees the curriculums ensuring the best possible experience for learners.
Sue joined DSS in 2016, and she has enhanced the experience of all our learners. Whatever their concern, whatever their intricacy, Sue will be there for them, offering her invaluable support. She has worked in education since 2005, and she has learned to understand people and to manage their difficulties with nothing but kindness, efficiency, and resolution.
Estefania is a CIM member and a natural-born planner with a passion for people development. Before leading the marketing team at DSS, she worked in the creative industries for over a decade. With a broad skill-set, her main areas of expertise are business strategy, brand development, content management, and digital marketing.
Having started his career in recruitment, Harry is now one of our most robust links with employers.
